Before your pet’s first stay, we would like to schedule a 15-minute meet and greet, which typically takes place at your home, where your pet feels most comfortable. It’s a great way for us to get to know you both, talk through your pet’s unique needs and routine, and make sure everyone feels confident and at ease.
